Pneumatic Lines are Installed to the Air Cylinders and Push Button-Operated Solenoid Valves are Supplied to Open and Close the Covers, A Bank of Four, 2 Groove UHMW Sheaves is Mounted at Each End within The Cooling System, Plexiglass” Windows are Provided in The Areas of the Cover over the Sheave Banks, Ceramic-Coated Rods are Mounted at intervals within the Cooling System to Support and Stabilize, Total Cooling Length: 83m, Maximum Wire Speed: 1,200mpm.
